In collaboration with the Simple Measures string quartet, Snakes And Ladders is the third movement of David Balakrishnan's Mara's Garden Of False Delights, first featured on their grammy winning recording with the Ying quartet, 4+Four. Recorded in Seattle as part of a program called Second Inversion, hosted by Classical KING FM of Seattle Washington, supported by a grant from New Music USA.
